Mr. Ronald Liang is the founder and Managing Director of LWK & Partners. He obtained his professional degree from the South Australian Institute of Technology, in Adelaide. With three decades of experience in providing aspirational projects both in Hong Kong and internationally.He now enjoys steering the Group in exploringnew development frontiers. Using the experience gained over this time, he has the vision to guide clients in all aspects of development ranging from mixed-use developments which incorporating infrastructure hubs to bespoke villas in prestigious sites.
He is a strong believer in ‘giving back’. Him and his companies contribute to social support, and can often be found taking part in helping local schools partnering with St. James’ Settlement and Project WeCan.
Mr. Ivan Fu is a Director at LWK & Partners. Having overseen its development over the years, Ivan has been an integral part of LWK’s growth. With Ivan’s experience in design for over 22 years, project administration and business development, he has overseen most of LWK & Partners successful ventures into new markets. Ivan Fu is a graduate from The University of Hong Kong, and his extensive experience covers both Hong Kong and China.
Mr. Kenneth Lo is a Director at LWK & Partners. Kenneth graduated from the University of New South Wales in Australia and he is a class 1 registered architect in the PRC. He has over 15 years of experience in the Architecture profession. Kenneth has been with LWK since 1997. He oversees the technical development of projects both in China and in Hong Kong, and with many years of experience in project management, he has led several projects to their successful completion.
Mr. Paul Ng is a Director of LWK & Partners. With over 18 years of experience in the Architecture profession, Paul successfully oversees and manages projects. As an Authorized Person (HK) and a class 1 registered architect in the PRC, Paul has experience managing projects both in China and Hong Kong.
The director and the Chief Executive Officer of LWK Shenzhen.MSC (Arch.) . He graduated from Tsinghua University with a Master's Degree of Architecture , and he has obtained a class 1 registered architect in the PRC. He has more than 25 years of architectural experience in the local design institute, with areas of expertise in hotels, commercial buildings, public infrastructures and residential designs.
Mr. David He joined LWK & Partners in 2007 and is a Director of the LWK & Partners Shenzhen office. With David’s over 23 years of experience in China and Australia, he has extensive experience in design, project administration and statutory submissions. David has a bachelor's degree in architecture from Huazhong University of Science & Technology.
Mr. Dennis Chan joined LWK & Partners since 2002. He is a Director of LWK & Partners Shenzhen office. And is mainly responsible for our China Projects. Dennis was graduated from the University of Hong Kong and is a registered Architect since 2006.
Mr. C.M. Lee, is an experienced architect having more than 20 years of relevant experience who specialized in heritage study and conservation for historic buildings. Mr. Lee is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, a Registered Architect of the Architects Registration Board and an Authorized Person with the Buildings Department, HKSAR. He is trained in Chinese vernacular and colonial architecture, a member of the China ICOMOS and chairman of the Heritage & Conservation Committee of HKIA. He has a master degree in Architectural Conservation in the Department of Architecture, Hong Kong University (HKU) and specialized in restoration and adaptive reuse of historic buildings. He has a wide spectrum of working experience in restoration, adaptive re-use, conservation study archaeological and heritage assessment. Clients served include local major developers, Urban Renewal Authority (URA), churches and convents as well as other commercial and institutional clients.
Obtained his professional degree at California Polytechnic University, Pomona, Mr. Niki Lai possesses over 15 years of experiences in landscape architecture from professional consulting firm and private development companies. His diverse project portfolio includes but is not limited to international resort, government projects, private residential & commercial development, recreational club and open parks with geographical coverage of Hong Kong, mainland China and overseas.
Mr. Truman Chan played an integral part in the development of LWK and took charge of many key projects during the past years. His solid experience in luxurious residences and dedication in building a better environment are a great value to the company.
Mr. Lambert Ma got his Bachelor degree in Architecture at Virginia Tech, U.S.A.. He is a registered Architect and is a member of HKIA. Lambert join LWK since 2009, due to his professional and contribution to LWK, he has been promoted to the post of Associate Director in 2012. Lambert has over 17 years of local design and administrative experience in projects of both a private and public nature. He has had experience in a wide range of new build and refurbishment projects including industrial, hotel, office tower, residential, retail, casino, historical building conversion, and government facilities.
Mr. H. C. Chan is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, a Registered Architect of the Architects Registration Board and an Authorized Person with the Buildings Department, HKSAR.He is also LEED AP and Beam Professional so as to proactively advocate the Sustainable and Green Buildings at HK projects.
H.C. graduated from the University of Hong Kong and joined LWK & Partners since 2005.He has 14 years of local design and administrative experiences in both HK and China projects, with a wide spectrum on residential, institutional, retail and hotel projects. Apart from projects experiences, he has been Guest Critic to Design Studio at City University in 2008, 2009 and 2011 and actively involved in community and academic activities.
Mr. Kelvin Hui graduated from University of Huddersfield with more than 20 years of solid interior design experiences. He has been responsible for a number of Hong Kong and China projects, with a wide spectrum on shopping mall and office design. He has led the design team to contribute a lot of creative design ideas to the projects.
Zhao Xinyu is a class 1 registered architect in the PRC, a senior engineer and an expert panel member of the Housing and Construction Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality. He has over 15 years of experience in professional design and project management, in terms of large-scale planning, luxury residential areas, hotels, cultural architecture, office buildings and commercial complexes. He is specialized in project positioning and feasibility studies, and is devoted to explore and maximize project values through his designs.
As the principle designer of LWK & Partners, Mr. William Cheung has focus in conceptual design on all kinds of projects.
Over his 10 years with the office, his experience covered from large scale master planning to intimate community architecture.
Apart from a HKIA member, William is also a PRC Class 1 Registered Architect and actively involved in various comprehensive developments in modern China.
Being a Hong Kong Registered Architect and also a Class 1 Registered Architect in the PRC, Mr. Calvert Chan has over 10 years experience in the industry and has been with LWK & Partners since 2003. He has taken an active role in the design of many Hong Kong and China projects and his experience has contributed a lot to the great designs of those projects.
Mr. William Chiu got his Bachelor degree in Architecture at Deakin University, Australia. He is a registered Architect and is a member of HKIA. William join LWK since 2001, due to his professional and contribution to LWK, he has been promoted to the post of Associate Director in 2013. William has over 10 years detail design and administrative experience in China projects. He takes part in projects all over Shanghai, Chongqing, Chengdu, Changchun, Changsha, Nanjing, Wuxi, Shenyang, Dongguan, etc.
Mr. Hon Kong Chee graduated from the Architectural Association and the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom. He is a qualified architect and is a member of ARB and RIBA. He has many years of experience in large scale projects, including hotel, mixed-use, office tower, cultural, infrastructure and master planning design projects, with roles ranging from concept design through construction.
Mr. Allan Cheung has more than 12 years of design and administrative experience in both Hong Kong and China projects. Mr. Cheung is a member of the Hong Kong Institutes of Architects, a Registered Architect of Architects Registration Board and LEED (AP).
Ms. Carmen Wong graduated from University of Melbourne, Australia and has joined LWK since year 2006. She has solid experience in the Architecture profession and has mainly been responsible for projects in Hong Kong. She has led a number of developments, including several high rise residences, to their successful completion.
Mr. Rene V. Limbo has focus in conceptual design on luxurious residences and specializes in mixed-use classical buildings. Over his 20 years with the office, He has acted as a leading role in the design team and helped with the success of the projects.
Mr. Tony Yau was graduated from the University of Hong Kong and has joined LWK & Partners for nearly 15 years. He has been stationed in LWK & Partners Shenzhen office and mainly responsible for China projects. He has acted as a leading role in the design team and helped with the success of the projects.
Mr. Randy Carizo is a design and planning professional with over 14 years of experience, also a registered architect in Philippines who leads a small team of dedicated designers focusing on mixed use development in Philippines, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, India and Dubai. His expertise includes retail, hospitality, office, residential master planning.
Kenneth graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and has over 15 years of experience in the Architecture profession. He is a registered architect in Hong Kong and has taught Architecture and Interior in Universities. He has been guest speaker at RTHK (Channel 5) to tell stories of architecture via radio broadcasting. Kenneth oversees interior architecture of various natures including commercial, shopping mall, hospitality, residential and institutional projects.
