We are proud to be part of a collaboration with The Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) to bring more than 60 members from HKIA and The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors on a tour at Taikoo Li Qiantan, an upcoming retail and lifestyle destination in Shanghai’s new business district where LWK + PARTNERS serves as Executive Architect, Executive Interior Designer and Signage Designer, on 16 January.
Director Oleum Chan from LWK + PARTNERS Shanghai studio joined Director, Projects of Swire Properties Stephen Ho in briefing participants on the latest construction progress, the range of challenges faced and innovations to facilitate operational efficiency. Alan Lo, General Manager – Portfolio, walked participants through a showroom introducing the concept of ‘Wellness’ behind the project design, and visitors were able to experience some of the outcomes onsite.
