TIANFU ONE Exhibition Gallery featured on Archiworld
TIANFU ONE Exhibition Gallery (click for project details) in Chengdu, China, has been featured on the March Issue of Archiworld, a popular architecture magazine in Korea.
With a discreet respect for the local landscape, LWK + PARTNERS designed a circulation plan that is aligned with the city’s axis, landmarks and vegetation pattern. The team took effort to highlight and make the most of the slope by doubling the building as an elevated viewpoint, successfully turning the site’s tricky height difference into an architectural feature. Connection with the city starts all the way from the urban green corridor to its rooftop observation deck that looks upon the city and park, facilitating interaction and interrelationship between people, architecture, the environment and the city.
