    LWK + PARTNERS has been a strong proponent and early adopter of BIM technologies.

    Since joining forces with sister company isBIM, the practice’s ability to provide comprehensive architectural solutions covering the full life-cycle of a project has immensely enhanced. BIM-integrated technology is being used at early design stages to ensure better project coordination and collaboration with stakeholders, efficient workflows, 3D visualisations and improved project outcomes.

    Utilising technology also contributes to the practice’s vast database, whereupon its teams of professionals could analyse real-time data to optimise future designs and accelerate the realisation of true smart cities. Such concepts have already been adopted in many of its current developments.

    Building for the Community

    LWK + PARTNERS participates in various social welfare programmes, such as charity marathons and other fundraising events, to give back to a wide range of beneficiaries, bringing warmth to the elderly, children, students and other vulnerable parties. These efforts aim to aid the local community in building a better living environment and give the next generation a brighter future.

    Often, the practice takes in community projects from non-government organisations to rejuvenate projects for social welfare purposes, such as Light Housing in Sham Tseng, Hong Kong, which is a revitalised factory quarter building.
