LWK has tapped into the Transit-oriented development (TOD) long ago, and we are pleased to announce that we have just made another big win in the sector.
Our Shenzhen Director, Mr. Rain Zhao, and our Senior Associate from the Hong Kong design team, Mr. Bosco Kwan, was invited to attend the press conference for The Paragon, a residential project in Chongqing, where they shared the architectural highlights of the project with more than 30 different media representatives from Hong Kong and Chongqing on 12 June.
The Blue House Cluster, a project LWK worked on, has already been recognised by UNESCO earlier this year. Last week, the project was also honoured at the Quality Building Award 2018. As winner of the Merit Award in the Hong Kong Building (Renovation / Revitalisation) category, the project is celebrated for its outstanding architectural quality.

Two of LWK's projects, Landmark Riverside and Shun Shan Fu Sales Centre 一 The LOOP, participated in the 4th CREDAWARD and successfully stood out from more than 600 entries.
