Five Projects Earn Awards in MUSE Design Awards 2023

Just grin from ear to ear! Five projects of ours earned honors in the prestigious MUSE Design Awards 2023 across categories of architecture, lighting, and residential!

Thank you, the jury panel. It’s a valuable testament to our teams’ hard work and commitment to innovation and excellence.

    Congratulations to the winning teams!

Architectural Design – Other Architectural Design (Platinum Winner)

The project in Pazhou, Guangdong province, is imagined to offer residents a riverine urban living experience. Themed around “bright ripples”, the views and buildings are subtly unfolded across the project, presenting areas such as riverine green zones, elevated walkways, and an infinity swimming pool.

Lighting Design – Facade Lighting (Platinum Winner)

The project is set to become a cultural and creative hub in the Hengqin New Area of Zhuhai, China. It contains four high-rise towers and a landmark building -Animation World. The lighting design is revolved around Animation World and inspired by the tranquillity of the galaxy.

Architectural Design – Mix Use Architectural Designs (Platinum Winner)

The architectural design responds to the area’s urban planning objectives of “being an eco-friendly island city abundant with mountains and rivers”, featuring a mix of low-carbon strategies, ecology, intelligence, and culture.

Architectural Design – Residential (Platinum Winner)

The project adjacent to Quanhu Park enjoys a lake and garden landscape. The design of buildings that coexist harmoniously with the environment adopts a monochrome strategy to express purity and vitality. The carefully arranged terrace brings a green living experience.

Architectural Design – Residential (Gold Winner)

The project with two 200-meter high-rise towers forms part of the Phase 2 development of Hang Lung’s Center 66 project in Wuxi, Jiangsu province. The design follows a philosophy of “gentle variety”, generating subtle changes from order and creating diversity in simplicity.

Architectural Design – Residential (Gold Winner)

The project is located in Xiangzhou district, east of Zhuhai North Station. The high-level dot matrix layout in design forms a horizontal super wide garden to guarantee enough natural light and a panoramic view for each unit.
