Andrew Mak has been a registered architect since 2008. He has worked in various architectural practices after graduation and specialised in local project administration, execution and design implementation. His work experience is diversified and encompasses a wide spectrum of projects especially residential development. The most significant large-scale and high-end residential projects in Hong Kong, China, executed by Andrew include Savannah in Tseung Kwan O and Homantin Hillside in Hung Hom.
In addition, Andrew has solid experience in masterplanning and town planning submission. The wetland restoration comprehensive development projects in Wo Shang Wai and Yau Mei San Tsuen in Yuen Long, Hong Kong, China, involve 400 and 100 of houses respectively. With his diversified professional experience in handling government submissions, design coordination and project management, Andrew took the lead and oversaw the projects from inception to completion.
