Keith Chan is a design architect with over 10 years of multi-faceted experience. He has been in leading design roles in numerous high-profile projects of a diverse spectrum, including mixed-use, retail, office, hotel, cultural, science & technology, educational and religious buildings.
He is a keen creator of architectural forms and spaces, a flaneur and fervent observer of cities, an advocate of sustainability, and a strong believer in the rationality of design.
Through his years of works, he was awarded with the British Chevening Scholarship, the AIA Scholastic Award, Sir Edward Youde Memorial Scholarship, Providence Foundation Scholarship, the JH Kinoshita Prize, etc. In 2018, he won the Honourable Mention in the Hong Kong Institute of Architects - Young Architect’s Award for his design, research and social works and contributions. He has won many competitions and international design awards such as MIPIM / AR Future Project Award, MIPIM Asia Award, International Design Awards, ICSC Asia Pacific Shopping Center Awards, Cityscape Awards for Emerging Markets, Asia Pacific Property Awards, PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and World Architecture Festival Awards.
