Mina has over 25 years of experience in the industry after obtaining her BA degree in Town and Country Planning from the Newcastle University, UK in 1993. She is a Full Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Planners (HKIP) and had participated in various planning studies in China and Hong Kong in her career.
Prior to joining us in Feb 2017, Mina had worked for the Urban Renewal Authority (URA) for 12 years. She has extensive experience in rezoning applications, S.16 applications and project implementation for URA redevelopment projects. Mina has also undertaken a number of conservation projects, overseeing them from the planning stage through to construction stage and ensuring all planning conditions are fulfilled. She had also planned and implemented the URA's street revitalisation schemes in Sheung Wan, Yau Ma Tei and Tai Kok Tsui.
