At LWK + PARTNERS, we believe that the future of luxury lies not only in design excellence but in deeper emotional, cultural, and experiential resonance. That ethos was at the heart of the Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit (ADIS) 2025, where our Global Design Principal Kourosh Salehi joined an exceptional panel to explore:
Themed Luxury Development: Deeper Brand Immersion
Held at the Abu Dhabi Energy Center, the panel brought together visionary leaders from across the design and development spectrum including Kristina Zanic, Michael Belton (MERED), David Harman (Modon), and Mulham G. Kheriba (Reportage Properties) and was moderated by Razan Salman from CNN Business Arabic.
The discussion centered around a new paradigm of luxury one that transcends aesthetics to create immersive environments rooted in cultural authenticity, narrative architecture, and purposeful placemaking. Kourosh shared insights into how architecture can craft identity and memory, and how masterplanning with meaning builds places that connect with communities and visitors alike.
As UAE and the wider GCC region redefine their urban and lifestyle offerings, we see an exciting opportunity to shape destinations that are as emotionally compelling as they are visually iconic. This aligns closely with our firm’s broader mission to create human-centric cities that are sustainable, story-rich, and contextually intelligent.
A special thank you to the ADIS team and organisers for the invitation and exceptional curation. We look forward to continuing these important conversations and to collaborating on projects that bring luxury to life in ways that matter.
