Three Projects Earn Awards in MUSE Design Awards 2023

Architectural Design – Residential (Platinum Winner)
Nestled along Liuhua Stream in Fuzhou, EMERALD PARK captures the essence of an “Artistic Luxury Resort – A State of Mind Flow,” harmoniously blending nature, culture, and modern living. Drawing inspiration from “Courtyard Embracing Blessings, Water Gathering at the Center of Heaven,” it creates a tranquil urban oasis focused on harmony, well-being, and enduring elegance.

Architectural Design – Residential (Silver Winner)
Part of China Resources’ DREAM CITY in Guangming, Shenzhen, PARAGON GARDEN redefines urban living through the “Folded Metropolis” concept—a seamless blend of delicate vitality, futuristic charm, and human-centered design. Covering 193,400 m², this closed community includes six super-high-rise residential towers, a three-story kindergarten, and vibrant ground-floor retail within a fully pedestrianized environment.
