    Job Description HR/ Administrative Assistant

    Position Description:
    HR/ Administrative Assistant, shall perform a variety of personnel-related and administrative tasks. Will support the HR department in duties like posting job ads, updating HR database and processing employees requests.
    Providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing the company’s general administrative activities. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

    Responsibilities Overview
    The HR/ Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Head of Operations. Responsible for accurate management and safeguarding of documentation in support of the day‐to‐day office operation and in a manner that will enable all relevant parties to quickly retrieve them.
    Assisting travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. Has the ability to get along well with the team.
    Effective communication via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. May direct and lead the work of others. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

    Qualifications
    a) Bachelor’s degree
    b) Minimum of 3years HR/ Admin work experience
    c) Experienced working in design consultancy company or similar is an advantage.
