Approximately 106-metre in height, Mount One overlooks Fanling and Sheung Shui cityscape. The building has 22 residential storeys plus four-storey of car parking floors, offering a total of 144 residential units plus 68 car parking
lots. An annex building with three-storey curvy external façade housing the recreational facilities is connected to the main building by a link bridge which forms the gateway of the development. Between the main building and the annex building is an open plaza, allowing residents and visitors to walk through this nicely paved space before entering the main lobby.

In response to the raising public awareness on sustainable development and in order to reflect the unique history of the site, an existing Champion tree is maintained at the centre of the open plaza, reinforcing the visual impact of the entrance.
