Northern Metropolis Kicks Off Residential Development
LWK is proud to be the Project Architect and AP for the New World Development and China Resources Land residential project in Yuen Long South, a key component of the transformative Northern Metropolis (NM).
This visionary project officially breaks ground!
• Phase 1: The first site has completed land premium payment and construction has started immediately. It will provide a gross floor area of nearly 280,000 sq. ft. and approximately 700 units, expected to launch in FY2027.
• Total Scale: The entire development will offer a total floor area of about 720,000 sq. ft., delivering approximately 1,800 units in phases.
