The project was erected in 1997 in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong. Renovation of the 3-storey shopping mall started in 2012, converting it into a family-oriented large-scale shopping mall for the local community.

The project adopts bright coloured features inside-out to exert an energetic ambiance. Considering the popularity of existing large anchor shops, the internal space was rezoned to provide a fluid shopping experience. A long travellator that runs across the atrium successfully leads the circulation to upper parts of the shopping mall. A new entrance opening towards the nearby communities was introduced to energise every part of the shopping mall. The entrance plaza was also renovated with a newly installed 26m LED screen, providing a pleasant and unique arrival experience for visitors.
