• HKIA and/or with 5-8 years' postgraduate experience both in HK and/or PRC mixed use commercial projects;
• Responsible for construction administration and detailed design of the project;
• Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken Chinese and English (fluent in Putonghua is a must);
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Associate.
