Behind this success stands our talented team, whose innovative projects have left an indelible mark on the world of architecture and property development. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all winners and a special salute to our own projects: DIFC Living, which won in the ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN / Mixed-Use category, and New World Zeng Cheng Mixed Use Development, which triumphed in the PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT / Mixed-Use category. The ceremony, held at Portmix Shanghai and designed by honorary jury member Kengo Kuma, featured insightful keynote speeches, engaging panel discussions, and a memorable evening of celebration.
