Corina Leung as mock committee for ULI Real Estate Development and Finance Course

Design Director of our Singapore studio Corina Leung took part in the ULI Asia Pacific mock investment committee for Fundamentals of Real Estate Development and Finance course on 11 May, to access course participants’ investment proposals with meaningful feedback and valuable experience as an architect.

Corina was impressed by the concise and informative works. She also highlighted the importance of environmental and economic sustainability in today’s architecture, especially at a time of global pandemic as well as post pandemic, to create an environment that is conducive to human health and wellbeing.

Organised by ULI Asia Pacific, the course aims to enhance real estate professionals’ understanding of the whole real estate development process by exploring from the viewpoint of developers, equity investors and architects. Participants were engaged in a critical analysis of key development issues and challenges, such as acquisition, asset management, equity and issues relating to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).
