Zijing Paradise Walk shortlisted in MIPIM Awards 2021
Zijing Paradise Walk (Click for more project details) in Hangzhou, China has been shortlisted for Best Shopping Centre in the internationally-renowned MIPIM Awards 2021 with its outstanding design!
Designed by Ferdinand Cheung’s team, this lifestyle mall in the West Lake district of Hangzhou, China, celebrates the essence of traditional Hangzhou and Hui architecture with a contemporary version of iconic shaved roofs and interlocking spaces. Inspired by the concept of ‘Liu Bai’ – leaving parts of the canvas blank – from Chinese ink paintings, courtyards are injected to provide ample space for visitors to enjoy a breather and unwind while looking out towards the Wulitang River.
Established in 1991, the annual MIPIM Awards is one of the most prestige awards in the real estate industry. It honours the most outstanding and accomplished real estate projects from around the world.
Winners will be officially announced in September at the MIPIM Awards Ceremony in Cannes, France, both physically and via livestream. Stay tuned for our updates!
