Mr. Benjamin Chan has 17 years of relevant experience in the industry. He has crafted many award-winning high-rise and hotel designs, and specialises in the management and coordination of large-scale mixed-use projects. He utilises cutting-edge models and software in his designs, and is a devoted promoter of building information modelling (BIM) technology in the Greater China region. Benjamin is also a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP), and was the Director of the Lead Design Consultant team in the Beijing Universal Studios City Walk project.
