Louis Liu graduated from Tsinghua University with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in architecture. He is a Class 1 Registered Architect in the PRC with more than 18 years of practical experience in architectural design, design management, project management and construction management across Hong Kong, Macau and mainland China. Prior to joining us, he worked for first-tier international developers and architectural design practices. He has managed and taken part in a wide range of projects spanning from urban mixed-use complexes and mega luxury villa projects to shopping malls, office buildings, hotels and residences. He specialises in urban mixed-use complexes and commercial projects, whilst his leadership and pragmatic planning ensure that projects run smoothly and effectively with great success. His outstanding design and project management capabilities have been widely recognised by first-tier real estate companies such as Longfor and Vanke, winning titles like Best Project Manager and Best Principal Architect.
