Set in a dense regenerating neighbourhood, Downtown 38 is a modern yet elegant project with 21 residential stories plus a four-storey podium for retail and clubhouse, offering 228 residential units.

To stand out from the existing inner city fabric, the building takes on the form of a neat, simple rectangular box with a subtle façade, standing in the corner of the street crossing, as a new icon and signature of the district.

An overall earth tone was used to create a lively and homely atmosphere. Every detail from layout to the colour of handrails was meticulously cared for throughout the development, placing the needs of residents at the core.

The clubhouse is compact but it includes all the essential facilities with refreshing green spaces to calm one’s mind in a busy urban environment.
