As the former Fanling Magistracy, the main building of the HKFYG Leadership Institutewas erected in 1961 and is a Grade 3 historic building. It was the first civic building in the New Territories, and a witness to its post-war development. Standing for solemnity and integrity, these values are echoed in the Institute through its adaptation and preservation with newly installed state-of-the-art technology. It stands as a unique cultural and leadership training landmark, inspiring the next generations to stay committed to the values inherent in law.
