The project, located at Lijiao of Haizhu District in Guangzhou, is one of the important projects for the urban renewal along the Pearl River. The new development will become the international procurement centre for hotels integrating with exhibition centre, offices and apartments to form a vital urban destination.

The podium breaks away from the traditional spatial experience of centralised shopping malls and works in tandem with the retail streets in a streamlined, semi terrace-like design, creating a lively and comfortable experience of shopping and expo.

Completed in 2021, the sales gallery of the development signals the beginning of an emerging urban core. Acting as the future entrance to the overall development, the gallery draws inspirations from the Pearl River with a streamlined design and a white palette.
