The project is located in Ping Shan, a rural place in Yuen Long surrounded by lush greenery and sunshine. To create a quiet and peaceful living environment where residents can enjoy family life, a modern classic architectural style and landscape theme were adopted throughout the residential area in order to bring a sense of superiority to residents.

To establish a strong sense of arrival, vertical feature lights brightly shine from the main entrance to the centrium. The centrium is decorated with beige and grey stone materials to create a significant contrast with the green scenery. The setting of the houses fully utilises the view of the mesmerising landscape, which also acts as a common area for recreational use. The vast green area provides high privacy for the residents by extending the garden along the site boundary.
