The project located in the core area of the Grand Airport, consisting of a first-phase office area and a second-phase hotel area. The first phase consists of a single office tower, while the second phase comprises five hotel towers and related ancillary buildings. The functions of the first and second phases are relatively independent yet form an integrated whole. The first-phase office adopts an independent open block design to establish a connection between the site and the city, enhancing the openness of the space. The hotel portion of the second phase is located on the west side of the site, with plans to introduce an InterContinental Holiday Inn. It utilizes a concentric layout to reduce the oppressive feeling of towers on the city, providing excellent views and landscapes for guests. This project emphasizes creating an overall landscape green axis space, combining with hotels to create a concentric landscape space focused on a central garden. It highlights integration with surrounding environments, shaping multi-level three-dimensional landscape spaces.
