The masterplan aims to create a resort-tourism destination for the city of Shantou, featuring vibrant beachfront spaces, luxurious accommodations, modern-designed board walk, and a cruise terminal which connects to the city centre, Southern National Park and other Pearl River Delta ports. The project will include 5-star hotels, villas, marina club, beach club, eco-farm and sea view residential.
