The project is located on Tianhe East Road in the Tianhe district of Guangzhou, and lies between the Shipaiqiao Station on Metro Line 3 and the Tianhe Sports Centre Station on Line 1. It is the most populated shopping destination in the city. Its basement levels are connected to the Metro stations.

To enhance visual corridors for the city and to avoid visual barrier between the towers, the buildings sit on the four corners of the site respectively. Two office towers on the southwest side of the site are 40-storey and 28-storey high respectively. The five-star hotel is located in the northeast side of the site. The shopping mall sits on the southeast corner, while the cultural centre is on the northwest corner.
