C Cheng Holdings Establishes an Industry-Academia Partnership with CHESD of Shenzhen University
C Cheng Holdings, the Hong Kong-based parent company of LWK+PARTNERS, established an industry-academia partnership with the Center for Human-oriented Environment and Sustainable Design (CHESD) of Shenzhen University on Jan 5, with a joint commitment to fostering economic, social and environmental development globally through architecture.
LWK+PARTNERS will collaborate with CHESD in exploring carbon neutrality design, while our sister company isBIM and CHESD will focus on computational design advancement.
“The collaboration will facilitate knowledge exchange in imagination and practices, integrating design with technology to address challenges including climate change, health and security in the ever-changing world today,” said Professor Stephen Lau, our Design Research Director.
