CTBUH and designverse share award-winning design of Green Shore Residence Phase II
World’s leading research platform Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat’s website and Chinese design platform designverse featured our design for Green Shore Residence Phase II in Guangzhou, China (click for project details), which recently earned a Special Mention in German Design Award 2021.
Sitting at the tip of Luoxi Island in Panyu, Guangzhou, the residence enjoys a panoramic view of the Pearl River at front. Eight towers of varying heights are arranged in pairs and strategically rotated to open a wide river view for most units while keeping the glamour of Guangzhou’s city centre in sight. The translucent building façade celebrates a mix of light and soft, setting up an intimate dialogue between life and water and redefining the local waterfront lifestyle.
