Distinct by Design: Exploring the Evolution of Branded Living in Dubai
On October 23, 2024, LWK + PARTNERS was honored to join a panel discussion titled “Distinct by Design: Shaping UAE’s Branded Residential Skyline” at Cosentino City Dubai in Dubai Design District (D3). Hosted in partnership with Cosentino and moderated by CW Property Middle East Editor Shehzin Shaikh, the event brought together leaders in luxury real estate to explore how design, branding, and sustainability are influencing the future of branded residences in the UAE.
Representing LWK + PARTNERS, our MENA Managing Director, Kerem Cengiz, joined esteemed industry figures Katralnada BinGhatti, CEO of Binghatti, and Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of RAK Properties, in discussing the elements driving distinctive and high-end residential experiences. The panel delved into several key themes, including the importance of unique design identities in a competitive market, the power of collaborations with fashion and lifestyle brands to enhance branded residences, and the value of reflecting local culture, heritage, and the environment within design.
