LWK + PARTNERS wins first honours in CBDA award
Two of our projects have won first honours in the 9th CBDA Decoration Design Award organised by China Building Decoration Association!

‧ Hospitality Engineering (1st Prize)
Drawing inspiration from the local ‘cloud brocade’ craftmanship, LWK + PARTNERS Interior Design Team delivered a spectacularly relaxing space for guests through nuanced dialogue with the wavy architectural form.

‧ Institutional and Sports Facility Engineering (1st Prize)
The space is designed to provide a soft, free and shared environment for building users. Safety and comfort comes first while the extensive use of nature elements promotes a sense of community in teachers and students.
The award was presented at the 9th China Building Decoration Design & Art Exhibition in Shanghai, which was held with the theme of ‘Design Face to Face – Design and Communication between East and West’. Co-organised by China Building Decoration Association, China Building Decoration Fair (Shanghai) and China Building Decoration Association Design Branch, the forum brings together professionals across the public sector, research, academia and the community to shed light on topics like post-pandemic recovery, green design and other industry trends.
