Aoti Vanke Centre, Hangzhou, China (click for project details) is an innovative working hub designed by Ferdinand Cheung’s team. It embraces the hybrid mode in the future of work with a ring-shaped podium lifted off the ground to create a multifunctional central courtyard. Every floor of the podium is rotated to a different degree forming a spectacular walkscape.
