The design of this luxury residential project is inspired by its prime location surrounded by traditional elite schools and is a celebration of boutique modern home living through high-standard craftsmanship. The essence of literature is blended well into the architecture with a notable podium for recreational facilities designed as an ‘opened book with flipping pages’, creating a harmonious academic vibe which echoes with the distinct cultural qualities itself.
