DIFC Living Two Takes the Spotlight in Construction Week Magazine’s March 2023 Issue
DIFC Living Two, the mixed-use development in Dubai’s financial hub designed by LWK + PARTNERS, has been featured in the March 2023 printed issue of Construction Week Magazine. The article highlights the sustainable design features and exceptional urban living experience provided by the development, which features more than 170 upscale residences and high-quality amenities.
The project, led by Kourosh Salehi, MENA Design Director of LWK + PARTNERS, used cutting-edge technology as a key research tool, employing a virtual reality environment to test design components and facilitate an efficient approval process. The design team prioritized sustainability, designing to LEED standards, and the development is a vital component of the region’s largest innovation community, the DIFC Innovation Hub.
