Usama Aziz shared his Insights on the Trends and Challenges in the Commercial Project Design Landscape in the Region
Middle East Consultant Magazine interviewed Usama Aziz our KSA Director for their February issue. Usama has been spearheading our presence in the Kingdom where we contribute towards the transformation of the region’s design industry. In the interview he covered several topics related to design trends and projects in the Middle East. Aziz discussed the use of AI and generative software in design across our MENA Studios. He also covered trends in commercial project design, the concept of the ’15-minute city’, giga-projects in KSA, and LWK’s approach to design. He shared his views on the current demand for villa/townhouse projects versus mixed-use apartment complexes in the region and how he sees the future of this sector growing.
