‧ Architectural Design – Institutional Architecture (Winner)
The project plot will be used as a kindergarten in the future. Taking “Oriental gift box” as the design concept, the building connects the teaching space, shared space and sky garden to form a sequence space with oriental artistic conception.

‧ Architectural Design – Commercial Architecture (Honorable Mention)
This urban landmark commercial complex is composed of large commercial shopping centres, fashion blocks, star hotels and apartments. It integrates the local cultural and geographical characteristics and conceives two IP themes of “Park” + “Music”.

‧ Architectural Design – Green Architecture (Honorable Mention)
The design breaks the conventional method of building on flat ground. Combined with the landscape, starting from the idea of creating an “urban green ridge”, the building will stretch slowly from the ground like a growing plant from the soil.

The large-scale comprehensive development is an integration of lifestyle, culture, work and art. It is interlaced with multiple transportation network and a 24-hour green linkage, filled with lifestyle offerings with a seamless TOD system.
