Managing Director Ronald Liang attends 10 LaSalle naming ceremony
A luxury residential project in Hong Kong, China designed by LWK + PARTNERS was officially named 10 LaSalle (click for project details) ! Our Managing Director Ronald Liang joined Kerry Properties (H.K.) Limited Executive Director IP Chu and Kerry Real Estate Agency Limited Senior Director – Marketing Semy Ng at the naming ceremony yesterday to explain the concepts behind the scheme.
“The architecture of 10 LaSalle takes inspiration from its remarkable location in the city’s hub of elite schools,” said Ronald at the event. “We combined bespoke design and premium craftmanship to deliver a tasteful living space ideal for discerning young elites and small families.”
10 LaSalle is sited in Ho Man Tin, a prestigious area famously known for its concentration of top educational institutions. The project captures the area’s unique academic vibe with a ‘flipping book’ design, exemplified by its characteristic clubhouse which acts as a visual centrepiece. A sense of unity and continuity is also achieved through curvilinear language found throughout the façade.
