    • Architecture – Best Residential / Housing (Shortlisted)

10 LaSalle is a luxury residential project in Hong Kong with a bespoke ‘flipping book’ design theme and façade fabric to infuse the essence of literature (reading) well into the residence for an inspiring, engaging living experience. As a metaphor for an opened book with flipping pages, the clubhouse is a pod-like structure built from volumetric design, wrapped in vertical bronze architectural fins all the way from floor to ceiling for a sense of continuity.

    • Architecture – Best Shopping & Retail (Shortlisted)

Designed by Ferdinand Cheung’s team, this retail landmark celebrates the essence of traditional Hangzhou and Hui architecture with a contemporary version of iconic shaved roofs and interlocking spaces.

    • Architecture – Best Workplace (Shortlisted)

Also designed by Ferdinand Cheung’s team, this innovative working hub reinterprets the podium-tower typology with each level of its elevated podium rotated by a different degree to create myriad walk spaces for people’s enjoyment.
