Our design for the medi-hotel-like Ventria Residence (click for project details) in Hong Kong, China was covered on Archinect, a as architecture and Building Journal.
This single 22-storey high-rise building offers a combination of living modes with a continuum of quality eldercare and communal spaces for a dignified and fulfilling high-end residential experience. The residence interior, also designed by LWK + PARTNERS, responds to the needs of residents by adopting a spectrum of different colour themes and universal design features across the building for easier navigation by elderly users.
