Zijing Paradise Walk running for Architizer A+Awards 2021
Zijing Paradise Walk in Hangzhou, China (Click for more project details), has just been shortlisted for Jury Winner of Architizer A+Awards 2021 for the Commercial – Shopping Centre category! The project is also running for the Popular Choice Winner under the same award programme via online public vote. All results will be announced in July.
Designed by Ferdinand Cheung’s Team and with culture and wellness as the central themes, this community shopping centre rests next to the Wulitang River in West Lake district in Hangzhou, China. It offers diverse leisure and wellness facilities spread across interlocking spaces, which are also well integrated with the key essence of ancient Hangzhou’s Hui-style architecture, embodying a sense of simplicity, elegance and preserved heritage.
Besides, our Aoti Vanke Centre in Hangzhou (Click for more project details), by the same team, was named Special Mention in Commercial – Office Building High-rise (16+ Floors), representing the best 5% of projects for the category at Architizer A+Awards 2021.
