Kailong Hou is a senior architect and designer with over 12 years of international experience. He has led award-winning projects ranging from resorts to retail and cultural developments. He advocates sustainable development and social context-driven design concepts, and has successfully created influential projects such as Chengdu CIFI Cmall and Gallium Valley Science Park. He is not only committed to training future architects, but also shares industry insights through forums and talks, always focusing on creating outstanding communities. Kailong Hou’s innovative spirit and dedication fully demonstrate that he is worthy of being named a “40 Under 40” honoree.
