Three LWK + PARTNERS projects are featured on the official website of Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), one of the world’s leading research platforms with a focus on tall buildings and future cities.
Chengdu’s Mengzhuiwan Urban Regeneration in China (click for project details) presents the future of urban renewal, promoting a human-scale, culture-driven design concept, whilst Citygate mall extension and hotel in Hong Kong, China (click for project details) delivers a dynamically flowing retail experience with functionality and connectivity as its design core.
Another article also highlighted the bespoke design of Zhongshan OCT Harbour (click for project details). Its shopping mall and apartments inherited the masterplan’s emphasis on waterscapes as well as historical vibes of the city with the aim to recreate Zhongshan’s version of the glamorous Shanghai Bund.
